The Fulbright Schuman Program awards scholarships to European citizens for research in the United States with a focus on EU affairs/policy, or the US-EU transatlantic agenda. This program is jointly financed by the U.S. Department of State and the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG.EAC) of the European Commission.
The Commission for Educational Exchange between the United States, Belgium, and Luxembourg administers the Fulbright Program for citizens of Belgium and Luxembourg as well as the Fulbright Schuman Program for citizens of EU Member States (www.fulbrightschuman.eu).
